Professor Adam Scott Wandt, JD, MPA, is a tenured Associate Professor of Public Policy and Deputy Chair for Technology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice (CUNY), as well as a practicing New York attorney. His teaching and research bridge public policy and operational technology, with expertise in AI, cybercrime, OSINT, digital forensics, privacy, and emerging-technology law.
